Easy to do, simple ingredients, Pizzette Tonde is a good idea for your snack or catering with different food.

Ingredients
250gr white flour (00)
250gr strong flour (0 or Manitoba)
1 tbsp sugar
7gr dry yeast
250ml milk
Knead for 5 minutes
50gr olive oil
Knead for 10 minutes
Leave to rise for at least 2hours. Cut into 8 pieces of 85gr each. Make a ball with each dough and then crush it to give the round shape.
Leave to rise for another 30 minutes.
Put the sauce, bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Add the mozzarella and finish cooking.
