Fettuccine, pasta all’uovo homemade

Today we tried to do the Fettuccine, pasta all’uovo homemade. Thanks to AllaiExperience for their kitchen courses and tips, we ate an amazing Pasta!

Ingredients
500gr white flour (or 250gr white flour and 250gr semolina)
5 eggs at room temperature

Mix the flour with the eggs, we used Thermomix, but it can be done manually easily.
Work the dough on a floured board and wrap in cling film making a ball. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough with a scraper in small parts, and work the first one making sure to wrap the remaining dough in the cling film.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and use the sheeter to straighten it further and realize the fettuccine.
Use a lot of flour to roll out the dough or create nests.
