Porridge is a dish that is really good for our health and can be prepared in a few minutes.
It is a dish obtained by boiling oat flakes and flavouring to taste in milk or water. It is usually served hot. Porridge is a genuine and very versatile food. You can add different fruit (fresh or dried), spices, or prepare it with a fruit juice or vegetable milk such as coconut, almond, hazelnut milk.
In this case I used apples, sultana and cinnamon.
