Fine green beans in tomato sauce

Since I have Thermomix, my imagination and my cooking skills have definitely improved.
Among the many simple recipes, I found that of fine green beans with tomato sauce.

The most beautiful thing is that it brought me back at least 30 years, when my dear aunt Mina, on vacation in Sardinia, prepared them for lunch, on the way back from the sea.

It is not a difficult dish or with complicated ingredients, it is a simple and tasty side dish.

Ingredients

1 onion
parsley
70 gr olive oil
garlic (optional)
400 gr of green beans
400 gr of tomato sauce
100 g of water
salt and pepper

Cook the onion initially with the olive oil. Add the tomato puree and water. Use Varoma to cook the green beans separated from the tomato puree.
When cooked, add the green beans, a pinch of pepper, the parsley and mix, leaving to rest for a few minutes.
