Interior photography: Victor Hugo Deli reopening

Victor Hugo Deli has decided to reopen the venue in George Street, respecting as always the directives of the Government, and serving customers until the early afternoon with its fresh and delicious food.

It is a very difficult time for everyone. Commercial activities have been forced to reduce working hours, some have had to dedicate themselves only to takeaways, others have preferred not to reopen.

On this occasion, they asked me to make a photoshoot of the restaurant, inside and outside, and details of the activity.
The bright venue is located between George Street and Castle Street, and from its tables, you can see the Edinburgh Castle.
A large glass counter displays a wide selection of sandwiches, baguettes, croissants, cakes, and first courses.

I used the Manfrotto tripod, with a Canon 5DII camera, alternating between 17-40mm and 24-105mm. On both lenses I mounted a polarizer due to the presence of glass, anti-covid transparent panels and windows.
