As you already know, I’m not a good chef. I cook, but I have never tried my hand at making large dishes. But I certainly think I know how to make pies with savoury puff pastry: courgettes, spinach, mushrooms, etc.
Here, today I would like to share the recipe for my puff pastry with mushrooms.
Ingredients
1 puff pastry
350/400gr mushrooms
2 large eggs
some teaspoons or spreadable cheese
parmesan
Cook the mushrooms in a pan, at the end of cooking add a few teaspoons of spreadable cheese (like Philadelphia, usually I use Arla lactose free soft cheese), beat the eggs in a container and add a little salt.
Unroll the puff pastry on the baking dish and pour in the mushrooms. Add the beaten eggs.
Close the edges of the pastry and create a frame.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Preheat the convection oven to 180 degrees
Cooking time 20/25 minutes, but keep an eye on it while cooking.
Serve warm. it is also good cold!
