A few days ago I had the pleasure of taking photos for my colleague Niamh.
Niamh loves making cakes, cupcakes and delighting in her sweets at her work.

Here are some of her cakes in her jar: one is was made with caramel, vanilla sponge cake, vanilla buttercream and half an egg from Galaxy on the top.
The second with Raspberry, vanilla sponge cake, white chocolate drops and a picture on the top.
